Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly, attentive, and professional Server to join our dynamic team in providing exceptional dining experiences. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills, a solid understanding of food and beverage service, and experience with POS systems.

Duties

• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive service throughout their dining experience
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Front
• Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities
• Serve food and beverages promptly
• Ensure proper food handling, safety, and sanitation procedures are followed at all times
• Assist with bussing tables, cleaning, and resetting tables for new guests
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders
• Handle cash transactions accurately and process payments efficiently
• Maintain knowledge of menu items, specials, and restaurant policies to answer guest questions effectively
• Foster positive guest relations by providing personalized service and addressing any concerns promptly

Requirements

• Previous experience in food service or restaurant environment preferred
• Proficiency with POS systems is preferred
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests professionally and courteously
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy periods
• Ability to upsell menu items confidently to enhance guest experience and sales revenue
• Knowledge of food safety, sanitation standards, and proper food handling procedures
• Basic math skills for cashiering and cash handling responsibilities
• Experience with food preparation or kitchen operations is advantageous but not required
• Ability to work flexible hours including holidays
• Prior host/host or serving experience in hospitality settings is beneficial
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
