What You'll Do

As our Shift Lead, you'll help the management team make sure each shift is fun, efficient, and focused on delivering amazing guest experiences:

• Lead with positivity: Set the tone for the shift and help teammates stay energized and engaged.
• Deliver WOW Moments: Greet customers, answer questions, and make sure everyone leaves with a smile.
• Keep operations running smooth: Support scheduling, restocking, site cleanliness, and equipment oversight during your shift.
• Support the Bubble Blast Family: Help train new team members and make sure everyone follows safety and service standards.
• Guide the flow: Direct cars, monitor the tunnel, and help maintain a safe and steady pace.
• Jump in: Whether it's helping a guest, solving a quick hiccup, or stepping into the tunnel, you're ready to keep things moving.

What We're Looking For

• Experience as a team lead or senior crew member in retail, service, hospitality, or a similar role.
• Mechanical and chemical aptitude is a plus.
• A natural motivator who brings positive energy to the team and keeps morale high.
• Strong organizational skills — you can juggle schedules, guests, and tasks without breaking a sweat.
• Great communicator who connects easily with teammates and customers.
• Comfortable using basic technology (POS systems, basic reporting).
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including opening, closing, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check.
• A positive, can-do attitude, because joy is contagious, and we spread it daily.
