We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Executive Chef to lead our culinary team and elevate our food service operations. Duties
- Lead and supervise the entire culinary team, including chefs, cooks, and kitchen staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment
- Develop innovative menus that reflect current culinary trends while maintaining consistency with brand standards
- Oversee food preparation, presentation, and quality control to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction
- Manage inventory control, food ordering, and cost management to optimize profitability and minimize waste
- Coordinate catering events, banquets, and special functions with precision and attention to detail
- Ensure compliance with all food safety regulations, sanitation standards, and dietary requirements
- Provide training on food handling, cooking techniques, and kitchen safety to staff members
- Collaborate with front-of-house teams to deliver seamless food service experiences in fine dining settings
Requirements
- Proven experience in fine dining establishments with a strong background in food production and restaurant management
- Extensive banquet experience and expertise in catering operations
- Supervising experience leading diverse culinary teams in fast-paced environments
- Strong knowledge of dietary department procedures and dietary restrictions management
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff members
- Proficiency in inventory management, food cost control, and kitchen operations software
- Excellent skills in menu planning, food preparation, and culinary innovation
- Solid understanding of food safety standards, HACCP protocols, and sanitation practices
- Experience in hospitality settings with a focus on customer service excellence
- Ability to manage shift schedules effectively while maintaining high-quality standards in food service
