PCA Personal Care Assistant

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Personal Care Assistant to provide compassionate care and assistance to individuals in need. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for helping others and be able to work effectively in various healthcare settings.

Duties
- Assist clients with personal care tasks, such as bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
- Help with meal preparation and medication reminders
- Perform light housekeeping tasks
- Accompany clients to appointments and social outings

Skills
- Experience in healthcare settings such as Level I Trauma Center, Emergency medicine, PICU, Medical-surgical, Hospital medicine, Level II Trauma Center, OR, Clinic, Teaching hospital, or Geriatrics is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Empathy and compassion towards clients
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently
- Physical stamina to assist clients with mobility issues

Requirements

One year Experience Preferred (Will Train the right indivdual)

Must Pass Background Check (Individuals with Things on Background Please Explain )
