Construction Superintendent – Nationwide Opportunities Available

We are currently seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to oversee a diverse portfolio of commercial and residential construction and renovation projects.

This role is ideal for a hands-on professional who thrives on-site and takes pride in delivering projects safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day on-site construction activities from start to completion
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and site personnel
• Ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and to specification
• Enforce safety standards and maintain a clean, compliant job site
• Review drawings, scopes of work, and project schedules
• Conduct site meetings and provide regular progress updates to project stakeholders
• Identify and resolve on-site issues efficiently
• Ensure quality control across all phases of construction and renovation

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Superintendent in construction or renovations
• Strong knowledge of commercial and/or residential construction processes
• Ability to manage multiple trades and fast-paced job sites
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities
• Willingness to travel (for nationwide projects)
• OSHA certification preferred
