Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounting Clerk/Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role involves managing financial records, providing administrative support, and ensuring smooth office operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong computer skills, excellent organizational abilities, and experience in office management and clerical tasks. Bilingual proficiency is a plus, as well as familiarity with QuickBooks, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace. Responsibilities
- Manage accounts receivable using QuickBooks
- Perform data entry, filing, and document proofreading to ensure accuracy
- Handle front desk duties including greeting visitors and managing multi-line phone systems
- Provide customer service support via phone and email, maintaining professional phone etiquette
- Support office management tasks such as organizing files, maintaining office supplies, and supporting daily operations
- Prepare reports and correspondence using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools
- Support bookkeeping activities including invoicing, billing, and basic financial record keeping
- Coordinate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and communication
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Preparation of periodic Customer Statements
- Communicate with customers as part of collection activity
- Inventory Control
