Dishwasher/Food Prep

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Food Preparation Worker to join our team in delivering high-quality culinary services. This role involves assisting in food preparation, maintaining cleanliness, and supporting the overall food service operations in a fast-paced environment. Ideal candidates will have a passion for food, excellent hygiene practices, and experience in hospitality or culinary settings. Responsibilities

• Assist with food preparation tasks including chopping, assembling, and portioning ingredients
• Support kitchen staff with cooking and plating dishes according to established standards
• Maintain cleanliness of workstations, utensils, and kitchen equipment to ensure health and safety compliance
• Buss tables and clear dining areas efficiently during service periods
• Help with catering setup and breakdown for events such as banquets or special functions
• Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure safety and quality of all prepared items
• Support serving staff by delivering food to tables when necessary
• Assist with general cleaning duties within the kitchen and dining areas to uphold sanitation standards

Experience
Candidates with prior experience in food service or hospitality are preferred, including:

• Food preparation and cooking skills gained through restaurant, catering, or hotel work
• Banquet experience or catering background is highly desirable
• Knowledge of food handling regulations and safety protocols
• Experience in cleaning and maintaining kitchen environments
• Previous roles involving bussing, serving, or supporting culinary teams in restaurant or hotel settings

Pay: $ $25.00 per hour
