Job Title: Personal Care & Support Aide – In-Home Care (CNA / HHA / DSP / ILS)

What You'll Do Each Day

• Travel to clients' homes and provide one-on-one care
• Support older adults with daily routines and personal care
• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
• Help with transfers and exercises as trained
• Maintain a clean, safe, and supportive home environment
• Offer companionship and encouragement that promotes independence

What We're Looking For

• 18 years of age or older
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
• Willingness to travel up to 35 miles from home
• Caregiving experience preferred (CNA certification a plus, but not required)
• Ability to pass a caregiving knowledge quiz
• Dependable, compassionate, and respectful
