Entry-Level Sales Engineer

Position Summary

The role will work with customers, engineering groups, and manufacturing partners to support sales initiatives and promote automation technologies.

The role offers extensive hands-on experience with robotics, motion systems, controls, and system integration, creating a strong foundation for future growth in technical sales or engineering.

Description of Work

-Assist in identifying and developing new business opportunities while supporting existing clients in conjunction with maintaining CRM and sales pipeline records.

• Participate in sales and marketing strategy and support initiatives to drive market growth and strengthen presence.

• Participate in key supplier and internal training to build strong technical expertise.

• Assist in developing and presenting technical presentations and demonstrations.

• Assist in collaborating with clients to assess technical requirements and scope of work and contribute to system design efforts for generating proof of concept and technical proposal.

Required Qualifications

• A.A.S. or B.S. in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Robotics, or related field

• Excellent communication and presentation abilities

• Organized, self-motivated, and able to manage a diverse workload

• Ability to understand customer needs and translate them into technical solutions

• Willingness to travel
