About the Role:
This combined role plays a critical part in keeping our warehouse operations accurate, efficient, and organized. You will handle a mix of shipping/receiving tasks, inventory control, data entry, and general warehouse duties. Some tasks are simple and repetitive; others require accuracy, documentation, and attention to detail. This is a steady, full-time position with opportunities to grow into more technical or leadership roles within the company.

Key Responsibilities:

Shipping & Receiving:

• Prepare, pack, and process outgoing shipments according to company standards.
• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments.
• Complete shipping documentation including labels, packing lists, and customs forms.
• Work with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.

Inventory Control & Warehouse:

• Enter part numbers and basic data into the inventory system (training provided).
• Photograph parts using a smartphone or camera and upload images into the system.
• Organize, label, and place parts in their correct inventory locations.
• Retrieve, preserve, and package parts ranging from small hardware to large components like transmissions.
• Maintain organization and accuracy throughout the warehouse.
• General warehouse duties as needed, such as cleaning, counting inventory, or moving material.

Team & Workflow:

• Work independently while contributing to team production goals.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and secure work environment.
• Follow all warehouse and safety procedures.

What We're Looking for:

• Someone dependable and a strong work ethic
• Comfortable with basic computer tasks and learning new systems
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Willing to learn and follow processes accurately
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand/walk for extended periods, and work in varying warehouse temperatures.
• Team player with a positive attitude
• Bonus if you have warehouse experience, but not required
