We're expanding our team and looking for a motivated Project Manager who thrives in the field, enjoys working with people, and takes pride in seeing a project through from start to finish.

Position Overview

As our Project Manager, you will oversee day-to-day operations on multiple residential job sites. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys being hands-on, communicating with different teams, and ensuring every project runssmoothly and safely. You'll be the key connection between the office, crews, suppliers, and homeowners—making sure every roof is delivered with excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee roofing job sites daily to ensure quality workmanship and safety compliance.
• Coordinate and confirm material deliveries.
• Communicate effectively with the office, crews, suppliers, sales representatives, and homeowners.
• Ensure roofing crews follow company standards, installation guidelines, and job specifications.
• Serve as the a point of contact for customers throughout the project.
• Ensure homeowners are satisfied with their roof and assist them in signing required documents.
• Submit all documentation and project updates to CRM systems.
• Troubleshoot on-site issues quickly and professionally.
• Represent the company with professionalism and integrity.

What you Bring:

• Experience in roofing, construction, project management, or similar field preferred.
• Excellent communication and people skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines at once.
• Comfortable being on job sites and working outdoors.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
