Company Overview
'215Secure is dedicated to protecting people and property through effective security and fire alarm solutions. We prioritize timely service, simplicity, and compliance with regulatory standards to ensure the safety of our clients.'},{
Summary
Tired of roll-up life?
If you've worked in a company that got bought recently, you've probably seen some of this:
- More spreadsheets, fewer tools
- "Do more with less" while parts are never staged
- Long drives and shifting territories with zero notice
- Metrics replacing craftsmanship
- Service calls stacked like delivery routes
- Decisions made by people who haven't been in the field in years
We're building the opposite: a field-first team where the techs are respected, supported, and set up to win. You can count on it, because the owner and leadership team will be in the field with you.
Responsibilities
You'll work on a mix of:
- Access control, video surveillance, intercom, structured cabling
- Fire alarm device work, troubleshooting, and assistance with inspections (based on experience)
- Service calls and small installs (with larger projects available for the right tech)
Typical day includes:
- Diagnose problems, fix it right the first time
- Document clearly (photos, notes, as-builts when needed)
- Coordinate with the office for parts and scheduling support
- Communicate professionally with property managers and superintendents
What we're looking for
Must-have
- 2+ years in low voltage (service or install)
- Comfortable with ladders, lifts, and basic hand/power tools
- Clean wiring habits + labeling mindset
- Valid driver's license
Nice-to-have (we pay more for these)
- Fire alarm experience (service/inspection exposure a plus)
- NICET (any level) or willingness to pursue (we pay for it)
- Access control platforms and/or camera/VMS familiarity
- Ability to lead small jobs or run service independently
Pay & perks (what makes this different)
- $27–$40/hr depending on experience (higher for strong service + fire experience)
- Overtime paid (1.5x after 40)
- Company vehicle + gas card.
- Company computer and phone.
- Tools provided + annual tool refresh
- Paid training + manufacturer certs + NICET support
- Health insurance, PTO, paid holidays.
How we operate (read this if you've been burned before)
- We plan work so you're not fighting chaos all day
- We don't stack your schedule with impossible windows
- We stage parts whenever we can
- We keep your territory consistent
- We value craftsmanship, safety, and clean closeouts
- We do this because the owner and leadership team are in the field. It matters to us
Ready to talk?
Apply with a short note on:
