Royal Caribbean Group's Global E-Commerce has an exciting career opportunity for a full time Lead, E-Commerce Performance Analytics reporting to the Manager, CEL Ecommerce Performance.
This position will work on-site in Miami, Florida.
Position Summary:
The Lead, E-Commerce Performance Analytics will be responsible for leveraging data to help drive the global growth and success of Celebrity Cruises by providing performance measurement and strategic analysis to influence priorities for the E-commerce and Marketing teams. This role will work closely with other departments within the company to identify opportunities, analyze results and create reports, presentations and/or dashboards for leadership while providing actionable insights. Types of analysis could include business performance, promotional effectiveness, guest profiling, market planning, or business process related.
