For years we have been dreaming of bringing back this bygone area of nostalgic dining, a contemporary revival of a classic prohibition-era supper club with a casual vibe & approachable classic food. The history of Supper Clubs are independently owned, destination dining & decor reflecting that of the owners style and offerings, thoughtful dishes intended for sharing. Plan to be there for the evening Carnivore & The Queen's daily menu will reflect our recipes together and this seasons local ingredients from our farmers, fishmongers & ranchers. We aspire to work as hard as our mothers did, and accomplish what both our moms had in common, to gather the family around the dinner table every night, no matter what time it was. Cold & Hot Line Sous Chef Scratch Kitchen - Prominent Supper Club
In this position, you would be directly working with the Owner & Executive Chef.
Preferably a gradute of culinary school or close to graduation would be a fantastic opportunity.
Knife Skills Needed for prepping, plating all cold line foods, dressings, soups, salads & entree's.
Looking for a canidate who is wanting to learn & grow with our business & our style.
Tuesday Thru Saturday - All Weekends & Holidays - Nights

Job Duties- Prepare, sauces, stocks and dressing.
- Setting up and sanitizing work stations
- Following prep lists created by chefs.
- During service, plating a variety of items with a high attention to detail. Appetizers, relish trays, salads, desserts and more.
- Ensuring all food items are properly stored and easily accessible.
- Assisting chefs in preparing food and attending to any culinary tasks that arise.
- Distributing plates to wait staff to be served, cleaning plates for dish washing, and preparing take away packages for customers.
- Accepting or rejecting ingredients from suppliers.
- Maintaining a clean, orderly, and sanitized kitchen.
- shifts are Tuesday - Saturday all Holidays.
Great Opportunity for Culinary Student
Culinary school training would be advantageous.
Experience as a prep cook may be advantageous.
Manual dexterity to operate cooking tools such as knives a plus.
Strong team working and communication skills.
Physical endurance to work long shifts in a busy environment.
Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, nights, and holidays.
Ability to work in stressful, fast-paced environment.
Must Have Reliable Source Of Transportation
