Overview
We are seeking a motivated HVAC Technician to join our dedicated team. In this role, you will perform installation, maintenance, and repair of heating, ventilation, air conditioning, refrigeration, and plumbing systems. Your expertise will ensure our clients experience optimal comfort and system efficiency through your skilled workmanship and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Install, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC systems including air conditioning units, boilers, and refrigeration equipment.
• Read and interpret schematics, technical diagrams, and HVAC design plans to accurately execute projects.
• Conduct routine maintenance on HVAC/R equipment to ensure peak performance and longevity.
• Diagnose mechanical issues using tools such as ohmmeters and other testing devices; perform necessary repairs or replacements.
• Perform plumbing tasks related to HVAC systems, including pipe fitting and component installation.
• Utilize welding skills for repairing or fabricating system components when needed.
• Maintain detailed service records, work orders, and safety documentation for each job performed.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an HVAC technician or service technician in construction or property maintenance environments. - 5 plus years
• Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to read schematics and HVAC design plans.
• Hands-on experience with refrigeration systems including ammonia refrigeration and HVAC/R applications.
• Familiarity with plumbing systems, boiler operation, appliance repair, and general equipment maintenance.
• Ability to operate diagnostic tools such as ohmmeters; skilled in equipment repair and welding techniques.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; experience operating drivers preferred.
• Knowledge of field service procedures with a focus on safety and quality standards. Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $ $55.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
