Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products from inventory based on order specifications.
- Inspect picked items for quality and accuracy.
- Pack orders securely and efficiently, selecting appropriate packaging materials.
- Label packages correctly for shipment.
- Operate packing equipment and technology.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation and warehouse environment.
- Adhere to all **safety** regulations and **PPE** requirements.
- Track orders and update system information as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily packing and shipping targets.
- Assist in other warehouse functions as required to support overall **logistics**.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Picker/Packer or in a warehouse/fulfillment role is highly desirable.
- Ability to perform **lifting** up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Understanding of **logistics** workflows and order fulfillment processes.
- Knowledge of **safety** best practices and proper **PPE** usage.
