Responsibilities:
- Unload and process incoming shipments accurately.
- Sort, organize, and store merchandise efficiently.
- Retrieve items for orders, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Pack orders securely for shipment, minimizing damage.
- Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment with proper training and certification.
- Participate in inventory management activities, including cycle counting.
- Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe work area.
- Follow all company Safety guidelines and wear required PPE at all times.
- Assist in other warehouse duties as needed.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Proven experience in warehouse operations preferred.
- Must be able to handle frequent Lifting and manual tasks up to 50 lbs.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems is a plus.
- Adaptability to changing priorities and workflows.
- A strong focus on Safety and operational efficiency.
