We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to lead our operations in Colorado Springs, Colorado. This is a leadership position responsible for overseeing all aspects of warehouse management, including inventory control, staff supervision, and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in warehouse logistics and a strong understanding of best practices in Safety and material handling. You will be responsible for managing a team of warehouse associates, ensuring they are trained, motivated, and adhere to all company policies and procedures. Your role will involve planning and coordinating daily warehouse activities, optimizing workflow, and implementing strategies to improve productivity and reduce costs. This position requires excellent problem-solving skills, strong decision-making abilities, and the capacity to handle challenging situations effectively. You will also be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure work environment, conducting regular safety inspections, and ensuring the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) by all staff. The ability to manage resources, including equipment and supplies, is crucial. Experience with inventory management systems and a deep understanding of logistics principles are essential. While direct Lifting may be less frequent for a supervisor, the role demands an understanding of the physical demands of the warehouse, including the need for safe Lifting techniques. Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse activities.
- Manage, train, and mentor warehouse staff.
- Ensure efficient inventory management and accuracy.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve warehouse operations.
- Maintain a high standard of Safety and enforce safety policies.
- Oversee the proper use and maintenance of warehouse equipment.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and regulatory requirements.

- Manage shipping and receiving operations to meet deadlines.
