- Prepare shipping labels and documentation accurately for all outbound shipments.
- Verify that all outgoing shipments match order details.
- Coordinate with shipping carriers for pick-ups and deliveries.
- Track shipments and provide status updates to relevant parties.
- Maintain organized shipping records and filing systems.
- Operate shipping software and warehouse management systems.
- Ensure packages are properly labeled and staged for carrier pickup.
- Adhere to all company **safety** policies and **PPE** requirements.
- Assist in resolving any shipping-related issues or customer inquiries.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support the logistics department.
