As an Order Picker, you will be responsible for accurately retrieving products from warehouse shelves to fulfill customer orders. This role requires precision, efficiency, and a commitment to upholding our high standards for order fulfillment. You'll utilize scanning technology to track picked items and ensure the correct quantities and products are selected. Safety is a core value, and all team members are expected to follow strict safety protocols, including the use of appropriate PPE. - Accurately pick customer orders from designated warehouse locations.
- Use handheld scanners and other technology to record picked items.
- Ensure correct product identification and quantity for each order.
- Transport picked items to the designated staging or packing areas.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including the correct use of PPE.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock checks as required.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure efficient order fulfillment processes.
- This position involves regular physical activity, including significant lifting of items up to 50 lbs.
