We have an exciting opportunity for a Fulfillment Associate at our Milwaukee, Wisconsin location. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately processing customer orders, ensuring timely and correct shipment of goods. Your duties will encompass picking, packing, and shipping items within our logistics operations. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, possesses good organizational skills, and is committed to upholding a safe working environment. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from inventory to fulfill customer orders.
- Pack items securely and efficiently, ensuring they are ready for shipping.
- Process shipments using shipping software and prepare necessary documentation.
- Receive and inspect incoming inventory, ensuring accuracy and quality.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace, adhering to all logistics standards.
- Operate warehouse equipment as needed, including manual pallet jacks.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures, including the use of required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Participate in inventory management activities, such as cycle counts.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily fulfillment goals.
- This position involves active work, including standing, walking, and potential lifting.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in order fulfillment, warehousing, or e-commerce is preferred.
- Ability to read and interpret order instructions accurately.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Capable of standing and walking for extended periods.
- Ability to lift items up to 40 lbs.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Must adhere to safety regulations and wear appropriate PPE.
- Familiarity with logistics and shipping processes is a plus.
