As an Order Picker, you will be responsible for retrieving specific items from our warehouse inventory, ensuring the correct products and quantities are selected for shipment. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from warehouse shelves based on order specifications.
- Use scanning devices to track inventory and ensure order accuracy.
- Package selected items securely for shipment, maintaining quality standards.
- Operate pallet jacks and other equipment to transport goods within the warehouse.
- Participate in regular inventory checks and stock replenishment activities.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all safety protocols.
- Wear all required PPE, including safety shoes and gloves, as directed.
- Support the overall logistics process by ensuring efficient order fulfillment.
- Follow all company guidelines regarding lifting and material handling.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous order picking or warehouse experience is preferred.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Capable of lifting items up to 50 lbs.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet productivity targets.
- Team player with good communication skills.
- Commitment to safety and following instructions.
- Familiarity with warehouse operations and logistics is a plus.
