Our expanding fulfillment center in Durham, North Carolina is looking for a proactive Fulfillment Associate to join our **Logistics** team. This role is vital for ensuring accurate and timely processing of customer orders. You will be involved in various aspects of fulfillment, including picking items, packing them securely, and preparing them for dispatch. Your dedication to **Safety** and quality will be crucial in maintaining our high standards. The role requires physical agility, including regular **Lifting**, bending, and standing for extended periods. We provide comprehensive **PPE** and prioritize a secure working environment. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products for customer orders.
- Pack items using appropriate materials and methods to ensure **Safety** during transit.
- Process and prepare orders for shipping carriers.
- Receive and stock incoming inventory as needed.
- Maintain inventory accuracy and organization.
- Contribute to keeping the warehouse clean and orderly.
- Follow all **Safety** guidelines and operational procedures.
- Wear and maintain all required **PPE**.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a fulfillment or warehouse setting is advantageous.
- Ability to perform **Lifting** up to 50 lbs.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Commitment to following **Safety** rules and using **PPE**.
