In this role, you will be instrumental in the entire order fulfillment process, from receiving goods to preparing them for shipment. You will handle a variety of tasks including picking, packing, and staging orders, ensuring that every customer receives their items accurately and in excellent condition. This position demands efficiency, precision, and a strong commitment to workplace **Safety**. You'll work with a team of dedicated professionals in a warehouse environment that prioritizes organization and productivity. The role requires physical stamina, including regular **Lifting** and movement. A proactive attitude and the ability to follow instructions are essential for success. Responsibilities:
- Pick, pack, and stage orders for shipment.
- Receive, inspect, and stock incoming merchandise.
- Maintain inventory accuracy through diligent record-keeping.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
- Ensure the **Safety** and cleanliness of the work environment.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily fulfillment goals.
- Utilize company-provided **PPE** at all times.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Experience in a warehouse or fulfillment center is a plus.
- Ability to perform **Lifting** of up to 50 lbs.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Team-oriented with good communication abilities.
- Awareness of **Safety** procedures and **PPE** usage.
