- Accurately pick products from inventory based on order forms.
- Verify order accuracy before packing.
- Pack items carefully and securely to prevent damage.
- Apply shipping labels and prepare orders for dispatch.
- Maintain a clean and orderly workstation.
- Participate in inventory management activities.
- Follow all safety guidelines and wear appropriate PPE.
- Lift and handle packages weighing up to 30 lbs.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Previous picking/packing experience is beneficial but not required.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work at a quick pace while maintaining quality.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Willingness to adhere to all safety protocols.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods.
