We are hiring a detail-oriented Picker/Packer to join our fast-paced fulfillment center in Atlanta, Georgia. In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring our customers receive their orders accurately and on time. Your primary responsibilities will include accurately picking items from warehouse shelves according to order slips, carefully packing items for shipment, and preparing orders for dispatch. This position requires a high degree of accuracy, efficiency, and a strong commitment to quality. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment. Attention to detail is paramount to minimize errors and ensure customer satisfaction. You will work as part of a collaborative team, contributing to the overall success of our logistics operations. Adherence to all safety guidelines, including the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), is mandatory to ensure a safe working environment. - Accurately pick products based on customer orders.
- Inspect products for quality before packing.
- Pack orders securely and efficiently using appropriate materials.
- Label packages for shipment.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Assist with inventory counts as needed.
- Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE.
- Lift and move packages up to 30 lbs.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in picking and packing or a warehouse environment is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
- Basic reading and math skills.
- Team player with good communication skills.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift items.
