Responsibilities:
  • Receive incoming shipments, verify contents, and stock merchandise accurately.
  • Pick and pack orders according to customer specifications using RF scanners.
  • Load and unload trucks, ensuring safe handling of all products.
  • Operate material handling equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Conduct regular inventory checks and participate in cycle counting.
  • Adhere strictly to all safety policies and procedures, including the use of PPE.
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics for productivity and accuracy.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve operational goals.
  • Assist in other warehouse functions as needed.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution center environment is preferred.
  • Ability to lift up to 60 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks.
  • Experience operating forklifts and other warehouse machinery is a strong advantage.
  • Strong understanding of logistics and inventory control principles.
  • Commitment to maintaining a safe working environment and following safety protocols, including PPE usage.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends if required.
  • Basic math and reading comprehension skills.
