Responsibilities:
- Pick customer orders from designated warehouse locations with accuracy.
- Pack items carefully into appropriate shipping containers, ensuring product safety.
- Verify order details against picked items before packaging.
- Operate packing machinery and equipment as needed.
- Apply shipping labels and prepare packages for dispatch.
- Maintain an organized and clean workstation and warehouse environment.
- Adhere to all company safety regulations and utilize required PPE.
- Achieve daily picking and packing productivity targets.
- Assist with inventory management and stock rotation.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth workflow.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience as a Picker/Packer or in a similar warehouse role is a plus.
- Ability to perform frequent lifting of up to 40 lbs.
- Comfortable working with various packing materials and equipment.
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.
- Ability to stand and walk for the entire shift.
- Strict adherence to safety guidelines and the use of PPE.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Must be reliable and punctual.
