We are searching for a diligent and motivated Fulfillment Associate to join our dynamic team in Omaha, Nebraska. As a Fulfillment Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring customer orders are processed accurately and efficiently. Your responsibilities will encompass picking products, packing them securely, and preparing them for shipment. You'll work within a fast-paced warehouse environment, contributing to the smooth operation of our logistics network. We are looking for individuals who are detail-oriented, reliable, and committed to upholding our high standards of quality and customer service. A strong emphasis is placed on maintaining a safe and organized workspace for all employees.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from warehouse shelves according to order lists or scanner information.
- Inspect picked items for quality and correctness.
- Pack orders using appropriate materials and methods to ensure product safety during transit.
- Verify order accuracy before sealing and preparing for shipment.
- Label packages correctly for dispatch.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation and assist in keeping the warehouse tidy.
- Adhere to all company safety guidelines and wear necessary PPE .
- Meet or exceed performance targets for picking and packing speed and accuracy.
- Assist with receiving and stocking duties as required.
- Contribute to a positive and productive team environment.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a fulfillment, warehouse, or distribution center environment is a plus.
- Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout the warehouse for extended periods.
- Capability of lifting up to 40 pounds.
- Strong attention to detail to ensure order accuracy.
- Understanding of warehouse operations and logistics flow.
- Commitment to workplace safety and following established procedures.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
