Lead our warehouse operations as a Warehouse Supervisor in our state-of-the-art facility in Los Angeles, California. We are seeking an experienced and motivated leader to oversee a team of warehouse associates and ensure the efficient and safe execution of all logistics functions. As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing daily operations, including receiving, inventory control, order fulfillment, and shipping. Your leadership will be critical in driving productivity, maintaining quality standards, and fostering a positive and safe work environment. You will schedule and assign tasks to your team, provide training and coaching, and conduct performance reviews. A strong understanding of warehouse management systems and logistics best practices is essential. This role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team. You will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with all Safety regulations and promoting the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). While direct physical labor may be limited, a general understanding of the demands, including the requirements for Lifting and physical exertion, is beneficial. You will play a key role in optimizing workflow, resolving operational issues, and contributing to the overall success of our logistics network. Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage a team of warehouse associates.
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping.
- Ensure accurate inventory management and control.
- Implement and enforce safety policies and procedures.
- Train and develop warehouse staff.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Optimize warehouse layout and workflow for maximum efficiency.
- Manage equipment maintenance schedules.
- Conduct regular safety audits and ensure appropriate PPE usage.
- Foster a collaborative and productive team environment.
