We are hiring an Inventory Clerk to support our warehouse operations in Minneapolis, Minnesota. This position is crucial for maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our inventory records. Your duties will include counting stock, reconciling inventory discrepancies, assisting with stock adjustments, and maintaining organized inventory records. You will work closely with the warehouse team to ensure efficient operations and accurate data. A strong attention to detail and a methodical approach are essential. Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and basic inventory control principles is a plus. This role requires the ability to perform tasks that involve frequent lifting and manual handling of inventory items. Safety is a top priority, and all employees are expected to adhere to our safety guidelines, including the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Responsibilities:
- Conduct physical counts of inventory items.
- Reconcile inventory discrepancies and investigate variances.
- Maintain accurate inventory records in the system.
- Assist with receiving and put-away processes.
- Generate inventory reports as needed.
- Ensure proper organization and labeling of stock.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and wear required PPE.
- Participate in cycle counting activities.
- Support warehouse staff with inventory-related tasks.
- Ability to perform tasks requiring moderate lifting and movement of goods.
