This project involves the deployment of a custom software solution, tailored to meet the unique needs of our client. As such, we require a dedicated Quality Assurance and Testing Analyst to ensure the software implementation is executed flawlessly, meeting both our high standards and client expectations.
*Job Description:*
The Quality Assurance and Testing Analyst will play a pivotal role in our project team, responsible for overseeing all aspects of quality assurance and testing. This includes developing test plans, conducting manual and automated tests, identifying bugs, and working closely with the development team to ensure issues are resolved. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and a commitment to excellence.
*Key Responsibilities:*
* *Test Planning and Strategy*
* Develop and maintain comprehensive test plans covering functional, performance, usability, regression, and integration testing across all application components.
* *Manual and Automated Testing*
* Execute thorough manual testing while designing, building, and maintaining automated test suites to validate requirements, reduce regression risk, and improve release confidence.
* *Automated Testing and Playwright*
* Design and implement end-to-end automated tests using Playwright, including browser-based functional, regression, and smoke tests. Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines and ensure test reliability, maintainability, and clear reporting of results.
* *Defect Management and Root Cause Analysis*
* Identify, document, and track defects with clear reproduction steps. Partner closely with development teams to validate fixes and support root cause analysis to prevent recurrence.
* *Quality Assurance and Standards Compliance*
* Ensure all deliverables meet defined quality standards, acceptance criteria, and client expectations prior to release.
* *Stakeholder Communication*
* Provide clear, timely updates to project managers, developers, and client stakeholders on testing status, risks, and outcomes.
* *Test Documentation and Reporting*
* Maintain accurate documentation for test cases, test results, defects, and deviations from expected behavior to support auditability and knowledge transfer.
* *Continuous Improvement*
* Recommend improvements to testing processes, automation coverage, and application usability based on testing outcomes and production learnings.
*Qualifications:*
* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
* Minimum of 3 years of experience in Quality Assurance and Testing, preferably with experience in software implementation projects.
* Strong knowledge of quality assurance methodologies and tools.
* Experience with both manual and automated testing tools.
* Ability to develop and execute comprehensive test plans.
* Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working closely with cross-functional teams.
* Experience in Agile development environments is preferred.
* Familiarity with the software being implemented is a plus.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $72,000.00 per year
