We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Design Test SME to be a key contributor in ensuring the reliability and robustness of our hardware designs. In this role, you will leverage your deep understanding of testing methodologies, reliability engineering principles, and data analysis to significantly impact our hardware development process. You will be a recognized authority on design for reliability, with a focus on testing and validation, influencing design decisions, and driving quality improvements.What You’ll DoLead design for test initiatives: Take ownership of complex testing challenges and lead cross-functional efforts to improve hardware robustness. Wing’s salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
