Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick orders using scanning devices or pick lists.
- Pack items securely and efficiently for shipment, ensuring product protection.
- Sort incoming and outgoing merchandise.
- Operate equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks.
- Conduct quality checks to ensure accuracy and condition of goods.
- Maintain a clean and organized work station and contribute to overall warehouse cleanliness.
- Follow all Safety guidelines and procedures to ensure a secure working environment.
- Wear all required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times.
- Must be capable of Lifting up to 30 lbs frequently.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution environment is preferred but not required. Ability to work in a fast-paced setting and meet productivity targets. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Must be able to stand, walk, and move throughout the shift. Understanding of basic warehouse logistics is helpful. Commitment to safety and following instructions is essential.
