We are seeking a dynamic Fulfillment Associate to join our growing team in Provo, Utah. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from inventory according to customer orders using scanners and pick lists.
- Inspect items for quality and accuracy before packing.
- Pack orders securely and efficiently using appropriate materials to ensure safe transit.
- Label packages correctly for shipment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Adhere to all company Safety policies and procedures, including the mandatory use of PPE.
- Assist with receiving and stocking incoming merchandise.
- Contribute to team goals for productivity and order accuracy.
- Operate basic warehouse equipment, like pallet jacks, safely.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or fulfillment setting is preferred.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach throughout the shift.
- Must be capable of performing tasks requiring regular Lifting of up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.
- Understanding of basic warehouse operations and logistics.
- Commitment to workplace Safety and the proper use of PPE.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication skills.
- Flexibility to work occasional overtime as needed.
Physical Demands:
This position involves continuous physical activity, including standing and walking for extended periods. Significant Lifting (up to 50 lbs) is a regular part of the job. Employees must be able to bend, stoop, and reach frequently. Adherence to Safety guidelines and consistent use of PPE are mandatory. Work is performed in a warehouse environment.
