Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick, pack, and assemble orders for shipment.
- Verify order details against shipping documents.
- Prepare shipments by securing packages, applying labels, and creating shipping manifests.
- Coordinate with shipping carriers for pickup and delivery schedules.
- Operate shipping software and equipment to generate labels and track shipments.
- Maintain a clean and organized shipping area.
- Adhere to all **safety** regulations and utilize required **PPE**.
- Conduct quality checks on packed orders to ensure accuracy and presentation.
- Assist with inventory management and stock counts as needed.
- Communicate with internal departments to resolve shipping-related issues.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in shipping or order fulfillment preferred.
- Familiarity with shipping **logistics** and carrier requirements.
- Ability to **lift** up to 45 lbs.
- Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using computers and shipping software.
- Knowledge of **safety** procedures and **PPE** usage.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
