Responsibilities:
- Receive incoming shipments, verify contents against purchase orders, and accurately stock merchandise.
- Pick and pack orders with precision, ensuring correct items and quantities are selected.
- Operate material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and assist in cycle counts.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all safety protocols.
- Prepare shipments for delivery, including labeling and staging.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational goals.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, especially those related to Safety and proper use of PPE.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution environment is a plus.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including frequent Lifting of up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations and logistics.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including occasional overtime.
- Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.
