We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Order Picker to join our dynamic logistics team in Des Moines, Iowa. The Order Picker will be responsible for accurately and efficiently picking customer orders from warehouse shelves. This role is crucial to our supply chain operations, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment of customer requests. You will work in a fast-paced environment, utilizing scanning equipment to track inventory and update order statuses. Attention to detail is paramount, as is the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Safety is a top priority, and adherence to all warehouse safety protocols and proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) is mandatory. This position involves significant walking and standing throughout your shift, and requires the ability to perform frequent lifting of items up to 50 pounds.
