In this role, you will be involved in a variety of essential warehouse functions, including receiving and processing incoming shipments, stocking and organizing inventory, fulfilling customer orders by picking and packing, and preparing items for dispatch. Your attention to detail and efficiency are key to maintaining accurate inventory levels and ensuring timely order fulfillment. This position requires physical stamina, as you will be engaged in consistent lifting and moving of products. Safety is our utmost priority; you will be required to strictly follow all established safety guidelines and wear the provided PPE at all times. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders.
- Accurately stock and organize inventory in designated warehouse locations.
- Pick and pack customer orders with precision and speed.
- Prepare orders for shipment, including labeling and staging.
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization.
- Conduct cycle counts and assist with inventory management.
- Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment as needed.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations.
- Wear and correctly utilize all required PPE.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve operational goals.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to perform regular lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required.
- Knowledge of basic logistics and warehouse operations.
- Strong commitment to safety and the proper use of PPE.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Must be able to stand, walk, and lift for extended periods.
