Responsibilities:
- Receive and unload incoming materials and products.
- Inspect goods for damages and ensure accuracy of received shipments.
- Stock and organize inventory in designated areas of the warehouse.
- Pick items according to order specifications.
- Pack products carefully for safe transit.
- Stage completed orders for shipment.
- Maintain a clean and orderly warehouse environment.
- Follow all safety regulations and company policies.
- Wear and utilize all required PPE properly.
- Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts as directed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Physical ability to perform frequent lifting up to 45 lbs.
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations and logistics concepts.
- Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.
- Willingness to consistently use provided PPE.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
- Good communication skills.
- Capacity to stand and move for the duration of the shift.
