We are looking for a dedicated Fulfillment Associate to join our bustling operation in Cincinnati, Ohio. This role is essential for ensuring our customers receive their orders quickly and accurately. You will be involved in all aspects of order fulfillment, including picking items from inventory, accurately packing them for shipment, and preparing orders for dispatch. A strong work ethic, meticulous attention to detail, and a commitment to Safety are key requirements. This position involves considerable physical activity, including frequent Lifting of packages and navigating the warehouse. You will be an important link in our logistics chain, contributing directly to customer satisfaction. Adherence to all Safety guidelines and the use of appropriate PPE is non-negotiable.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items for customer orders using scanners and pick lists.
- Inspect picked items for damage and ensure order accuracy.
- Pack orders securely and efficiently for shipment, selecting appropriate packaging materials.
- Apply shipping labels and prepare packages for carriers.
- Replenish inventory in picking locations as needed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Participate in inventory counts and cycle counts.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in order fulfillment or warehouse roles is advantageous.
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks involving moderate Lifting (up to 40 lbs).
- Strong organizational skills and a high degree of accuracy.
- Familiarity with warehouse operations and inventory control concepts.
- Must be willing and able to wear required PPE.
- Understanding of logistics processes is beneficial.
- Commitment to workplace Safety and operational efficiency.
