We are seeking a motivated and reliable Warehouse Associate to join our dynamic team in San Francisco, California. This role is crucial to our daily operations, ensuring the efficient flow of goods through our warehouse. You will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including receiving and processing incoming stock and materials, picking and filling orders from stock, packing and shipping orders, and managing inventory. A strong understanding of warehouse procedures and a commitment to safety are essential. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, possess good organizational skills, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and stock incoming inventory accurately.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to specifications.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and maintain accurate stock records.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, with a strong emphasis on Safety protocols.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus.
- Ability to perform tasks requiring moderate to heavy Lifting, typically up to 50 lbs.
- Familiarity with inventory management systems.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Must be able to wear required PPE at all times.
- Knowledge of basic warehouse and logistics operations.
- Punctual and reliable attendance is critical.
