In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks essential to our logistics operations, including order picking, packing, sorting, and preparing items for shipment. Accuracy and efficiency are paramount, as you ensure that customers receive their orders correctly and on time. You will utilize RF scanners and other technology to manage inventory and fulfill orders accurately. A strong commitment to Safety is expected, with mandatory adherence to all warehouse safety procedures and the correct use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). This position involves considerable Lifting of products, and candidates should be comfortable lifting up to 45 lbs. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items for customer orders using RF scanners.
- Pack orders efficiently and securely for shipping.
- Sort and organize inventory within the warehouse.
- Prepare orders for shipment, including labeling and staging.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and wear required PPE.
- Participate in inventory counts and other warehouse duties as assigned.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily fulfillment goals.
