Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick and retrieve products from warehouse locations according to order lists or electronic scanners.
- Inspect items for defects or discrepancies, ensuring product quality.
- Pack orders using appropriate materials to ensure product safety during shipping.
- Prepare shipments by labeling and staging orders correctly.
- Operate manual equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with all safety regulations.
- Wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times during work.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth logistics operations and efficient workflow.
- Assist with inventory management tasks, including cycle counts.
- Follow safe lifting practices and material handling techniques.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in picking, packing, or general warehouse work is preferred.
- Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and lift for the duration of the shift.
- Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to meet performance targets.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Understanding of warehouse safety procedures and protocols.
- Familiarity with logistics and supply chain principles is a plus.
