Join our vibrant logistics team in Miami, Florida, as a Picker/Packer. We are seeking efficient and detail-oriented individuals to accurately pick orders, pack them securely, and prepare them for shipment. This role is fundamental to our e-commerce operations and requires speed, accuracy, and a commitment to quality. You will work with various picking technologies and packing materials to ensure our customers receive their orders correctly and on time. Maintaining a clean and safe work environment is paramount, and you must adhere to all safety protocols, including the proper use of PPE. Your contribution directly impacts customer satisfaction and the overall efficiency of our supply chain. We value precision in all aspects of our logistics.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from warehouse shelves according to order specifications.
- Pack items securely and efficiently using appropriate materials.
- Verify order accuracy before packing and shipment.
- Label packages correctly for shipping.
- Assist with receiving and stocking inventory as needed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work station and surrounding area.
- Operate equipment such as RF scanners and pallet jacks.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including proper Lifting techniques.
- Participate in inventory counts and checks.
- Support overall logistics and fulfillment operations.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Previous experience as a picker/packer or in a warehouse environment is preferred.
- Familiarity with RF scanners or other picking technologies is a plus.
- Ability to perform tasks requiring manual dexterity and physical stamina, including Lifting up to 40 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team.
- Understanding of warehouse safety guidelines.
- Willingness to wear required PPE.
- Basic understanding of logistics and order fulfillment processes.
