We are looking for enthusiastic and dependable Warehouse Associates to join our logistics team in Columbus, Ohio. In this role, you will perform a variety of tasks to support the smooth operation of our warehouse, including receiving and stocking inventory, picking and packing orders, and preparing shipments for dispatch. This position requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to safety. You will work collaboratively with other team members to meet daily operational goals and ensure customer satisfaction. We emphasize proper handling of goods, efficient movement within the warehouse, and adherence to all safety regulations, including the mandatory use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). This role is essential for our overall supply chain efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and stock incoming inventory accurately.
- Pick and pack customer orders with speed and accuracy.
- Prepare orders for shipment, ensuring correct labeling and packaging.
- Load and unload trucks as needed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks.
- Perform cycle counts and assist with inventory verification.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures, including proper Lifting techniques.
- Adhere to established workflows and logistics standards.
- Report any operational issues or safety concerns to supervisors promptly.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including standing, walking, bending, and Lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Understanding of basic warehouse safety rules.
- Willingness to wear appropriate PPE.
- Reliable and punctual.
