We are hiring a Fulfillment Associate for our distribution center in Indianapolis, Indiana. This role is vital for ensuring that customer orders are picked, packed, and shipped accurately and efficiently, contributing to our streamlined logistics process. The ideal candidate will be energetic, detail-oriented, and dedicated to maintaining a high level of productivity while adhering to strict Safety guidelines. Your responsibilities will include accurately picking items from warehouse shelves, carefully packing orders using appropriate materials, labeling packages, and staging them for shipment. You will also be involved in receiving and stocking inventory, conducting quality checks, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items according to order specifications.
- Pack products securely and efficiently for shipment.
- Verify order accuracy before final packaging.
- Label packages correctly for shipping carriers.
- Receive and stock incoming inventory in designated locations.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Perform quality checks on merchandise.
- Adhere to all company Safety policies and wear required PPE.
- Assist with inventory counts and support overall logistics operations.
- Meet daily productivity and accuracy targets.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in order fulfillment, warehouse, or logistics roles is a plus.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Comfortable with Lifting and moving packages of varying sizes.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to follow Safety procedures and wear appropriate PPE.
