We are seeking a dedicated Warehouse Worker to join our team in Phoenix, Arizona. This position requires the ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including regular lifting of items up to 50 lbs, standing for long periods, and operating warehouse equipment. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are crucial for maintaining inventory accuracy and ensuring that orders are fulfilled correctly. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming inventory.
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment accurately and efficiently.
- Stock shelves and organize inventory in designated warehouse locations.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks.
- Assist with inventory counts and maintaining accurate stock levels.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Adhere strictly to all company safety policies and procedures, including the mandatory use of PPE.
- Perform tasks involving regular lifting, typically up to 50 lbs.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental goals.
- Ensure all products are handled with care to prevent damage.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or general labor experience is a plus.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including frequent lifting and prolonged standing.
- Understanding of warehouse safety regulations and the importance of PPE.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Basic understanding of logistics and inventory management is beneficial.
