Join our growing team in Boise, Idaho, as a Picker/Packer! We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to help us efficiently process and prepare customer orders for shipment. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately picking items from inventory and packing them securely for transit. This position is fundamental to our logistics operations, ensuring customer satisfaction through precise order fulfillment. You will work with various products and utilize scanning technology to manage inventory effectively. A keen eye for detail and a commitment to Safety are essential. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from warehouse shelves based on order specifications.
- Inspect items for quality and ensure they match order details.
- Package products carefully to prevent damage during shipping.
- Apply shipping labels and prepare packages for dispatch.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation and contribute to overall warehouse tidiness.
- Adhere to all company Safety policies and procedures.
- Operate equipment such as pallet jacks and tape machines.
- Wear designated PPE, including safety vests and gloves.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in picking, packing, or general warehouse work is a plus.
- Ability to read and interpret order forms and product codes.
- Proficiency with basic computer systems and scanning devices.
- Must be able to perform repetitive tasks and handle moderate Lifting, up to 45 lbs.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Team player with good communication skills.
- Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.
