Job Summary:
We are hiring a Warehouse Associate for our facility in Fort Worth, Texas. This role is essential for our daily operations, involving a wide range of warehouse activities from receiving and stocking to picking, packing, and shipping. We are looking for individuals who are energetic, detail-oriented, and dedicated to maintaining a safe and productive work environment. Responsibilities:
  • Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and damage.
  • Stock inventory in designated locations using appropriate equipment.
  • Pick and pack customer orders with speed and accuracy.
  • Prepare orders for shipment, including labeling and staging.
  • Operate pallet jacks, hand trucks, and other warehouse equipment.
  • Conduct regular inventory checks and assist with cycle counting.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.
  • Adhere strictly to all company Safety policies and procedures, including the mandatory use of PPE.
  • Perform physical tasks including frequent Lifting of items up to 50 lbs.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet operational goals in a dynamic logistics environment.

Qualifications:
Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution center role is preferred. Must be able to perform strenuous physical activities, including continuous standing, walking, bending, and Lifting. A strong understanding of warehouse Safety protocols and the importance of PPE is required. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Must be reliable, punctual, and possess good communication skills. Basic computer proficiency is a plus. Commitment to contributing to a positive and productive logistics team.
